About the Role Quality Systems Technician at Bachoco USA's Albertville Plant II on the 2nd shift. This role ensures product and regulatory documentation are accurate and complete, supports daily quality activities, and oversees HACCP, GMP, and SSOP compliance to ensure safe, compliant products reach customers. What You'll Do
- Verify that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct and complete prior to shipment from the facility.
- Record all applicable information as directed.
- Identify and isolate questionable product.
- Ensure daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in your area.
- Monitor and document HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in your area.
- Verify all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verifications.
- Ensure each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floor.
- Obtain finished product samples for the laboratory.
- Ensure products processed meet all in-plant food safety requirements.
- This is a safety-sensitive position. What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SSOP regulations and documentation practices.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and isolate questionable product.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and adhere to in-plant food safety requirements.
- Availability for 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM). Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $13.75 per hour (2nd shift).
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive and $1/hour night shift premium.
- Pay increases at 30 days and 90 days.
