About the Role The Quality Systems Production Facility role at LEONI Hermosillo focuses on deploying and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the plant level, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The role also drives local standards, training, and audit-related actions to sustain a high-quality production facility. What You'll Do
- Ensure deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the facility level and approve translations when necessary.
- Secure development of local standards as needed.
- Coordinate, train and coach the plant facility organization to maintain knowledge in quality standards and tools.
- Manage facility management review activities by collecting inputs and communicating outputs.
- Ensure compliance of plant facility systems with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and local regulations.
- Coordinate and ensure effective implementation and generalization of corrective and preventive actions from audits with the team in the concerned area.
- Lead internal and external audits preparation within the production facility. What We're Looking For

- Wiring systems experience.

- Materials, parts and product knowledge.
- Document management.
- Presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and BIC Cloud.
