About the Role LEONI's Quality Systems role at the Hermosillo facility to deploy the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensure alignment with customer requirements and regulatory standards, and develop local quality standards. The role also involves coaching the plant organization and securing continuous improvement in quality management across the facility. What You'll Do
- Ensures the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the facility level and approves the need of translation when it is necessary
- Secures the development of local standards if needed
- Coordinates, trains and coaches the plant facility organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards and tools
- Manages the facility management review activities by collects the inputs and communicates the output of the management review meeting
- Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with the customer specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS) and quality management tools; experience with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Ability to coordinate, train and coach facility teams
- Experience in managing management reviews and ensuring regulatory and customer requirements compliance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
