Quality Supervisor

About the Role CNH Industrial is seeking a Quality Supervisor to plan, organize, and lead people, materials, equipment and processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while sustaining positive employee relations. The role applies lean manufacturing tools to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency across the area. What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and lead operations in the production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets; maintain positive employee relations.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement in safety, cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment by following CNH safety programs and policies; address abnormalities in man, material, machine, and method promptly.
• Supervise hourly production staff to achieve established efficiency targets and implement corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Produce quality parts and finished goods that meet established quality goals.
• Administer and monitor operating budgets to achieve departmental objectives and maintain inventories; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Perform continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, efficiency, quality and costs.
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations in line with company policy; support HR activities including selection, pay administration, counseling, training, performance reviews, and discipline for hourly employees, and administration of policies and agreements.
• Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance to meet the work schedule; ensure time standards are administered with Manufacturing Engineering to maintain fair standards. What We're Looking For
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to identify abnormalities in man, material, machine, and method and take timely corrective actions.
• Proficiency with lean manufacturing tools and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience managing budgets and maintaining inventory levels; ability to develop corrective action plans.
• Effective collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and HR functions; strong communication and people skills. Compensation & Benefits
