Job title: Quality Supervisor
About the Role Autoliv seeks a Quality Supervisor at Autoliv Aguascalientes to lead customer-facing quality activities and drive continuous improvement in product quality and processes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a single point of contact with the customer to pursue customer excellence.
- Analyze product non-conformities reported by the customer or cross-dock to contain and resolve them effectively.
- Monitor and track external PPM to generate continuous improvement actions and support the implementation and maintenance of the lessons learned system through active involvement.
- Support problem solving, PPAP approvals, and efforts to reduce NCEs and PPMs, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and SQDCM compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree or professional experience in quality engineering.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methods: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow Diagram, and problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma; SPC and Minitab experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
