Job title: Quality Specialist Supply Chain
About the Role We are seeking a Quality Specialist Supply Chain in Baden to serve as the interface between incoming goods, Supply Chain, technical areas, internal customers and suppliers. You will ensure quality deviations are structurally analyzed, effective immediate and corrective actions are implemented, and inspection processes are sustainably improved.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and optimize effective inspection plans for incoming goods
- Act as central contact for internal customers regarding quality incidents related to supply-chain components
- Perform structured analysis of quality deviations
- Define and coordinate immediate actions
- Contact suppliers for quality deviations and manage 8D reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure rapid handling of supplier feedback in close coordination with internal interfaces
- Analyze quality metrics and derive sustainable improvement measures
- Contribute to Kaizen (KVP) activities and projects to stabilize and advance supply-chain quality processes
- Review and update existing processes, work instructions, and inspection procedures in the supply-chain environment
- Support serial release of new components in a PPAP-like environment
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a comparable quality role, ideally in Supply Chain Quality, Supplier Quality, incoming inspection or complaint management
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance, inspection planning, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions management
- Experience with 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why or similar problem-solving methods
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess quality deviations holistically
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented work approach with high degree of self-responsibility
- SAP knowledge, ideally in the Q module or quality/material-related reports
- Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification a plus
- Strong communication skills with internal interfaces and suppliers
- Team player with cross-functional thinking and good understanding of supply-chain processes
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)

- Experience with PPAP-like processes and supplier qualification activities
