About the Role
Lead and supervise the Quality Project organization at country level, driving improvements, ensuring governance and process execution, and developing the team to meet defined objectives and KPIs. You will ensure compliance with customer specifications and LEONI standards, and maintain QA documentation for prototype and preseries. What You'll Do

Manage and supervise the Quality Project org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs

Identify potential for improvement and offer consulting to enhance service delivery

Ensure standardization, governance adherence and efficient process execution

Lead direct reports, plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests

Define objectives, tasks and responsibilities; provide clear instructions and evaluate results

Identify training needs, support subordinates' development and apply newly acquired knowledge

Propose measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Maintain and update Quality Assurance documentation for prototype and preseries (e.g., Control Plan, Validation Plan, Quality Agreement, FMEA, PSW)

Ensure equipment and process compliance with customer specifications and LEONI standards

Ensure systems comply with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations What We're Looking For

University degree in Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Quality / Supply Chain

5 years of experience in a relevant field

Languages: French and English
