About the Role Leads the Quality Project organization and ensures quality project delivery across the local country operations, aligning with defined objectives and KPIs. Responsible for leading the team, governance, and continuous improvement in quality processes. What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Quality Project org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Identify potential improvements and provide consulting to enhance service delivery
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution
- Lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
- Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members with clear instructions and performance evaluation
- Identify training and development needs and support subordinates' professional growth
- Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Maintain country-level accountability for Quality Project
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance documentation for prototype and pre-series (e.g., Control Plan, Validation Plan, Quality Agreement, FMEA, PSW, etc.)
- Ensure equipment and process compliance with customer specifications and LEONI standards
- Ensure system compliance with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations What We're Looking For
- University Degree
- 5 years of experience in Quality Management
- Local language proficiency C2 and English proficiency C1 Nice to Have
- Experience with ISO standards and automotive quality frameworks; strong problem-solving and auditing capabilities Compensation & Benefits
