About the Role LEONI is seeking a Quality Manager to drive quality management activities in samples and pre-production, validate and release production areas and equipment, authorize new equipment, and lead actions to prevent non-conformities across the manufacturing process. The role also includes ownership of the Quality Improvement Plan, participation in daily QRQC meetings, and the authority to stop production or dispatch to mitigate risks. What You'll Do
- Ensure Quality Management activities during samples and pre-production phases
- Validate and release production areas and equipment; approve new equipment
- Control non-conforming products and lead/c coaches implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Elaborate and follow-up on the Quality Improvement Plan to achieve targets
- Participate in daily Quality meetings with production (Line QRQC)
- Maintain authority to stop production or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products What We're Looking For
- Engineer/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target/result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri and Continuous Improvement techniques
