Quality Manager Our successful client needs a Quality Manager for their team. This full-time, direct-hire role is perfect for a problem solver with at least three years of proven experience.
Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
- Develop and maintain QMS
- Oversee, train, motivate, guide, and plan workflow for quality team members
- Ensure raw materials, components, in-process and finished products meet customer specifications and established quality standards
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate quality activities and resolve customer issues
- Manage audits
- Drive supplier quality management
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications of the Quality Manager
- Associate degree or equivalent
