About the Role Kiewit's Senior Quality Manager leads on-site quality activities across Midwest projects, developing and implementing project-specific PQPs and ensuring compliance with contract documents. This role is a key member of the project management team, requiring strong communication, CI/TQM mindset, and ability to manage multiple quality functions in the field. What You'll Do
- Manage the development and implementation of a contract-specific Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Review and approve subcontractor quality plans to ensure contractual compliance.
- Ensure quality staff are assigned, trained, and have access to quality resources; oversee quality program implementation (issues management, nonconformance reporting, audits, causal analysis, CGD, inspections, procurement oversight, turnover).
- Lead and mentor junior QA/QC personnel.
