We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Role
- Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities across the project.
- Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and relevant regulations.
- Manage inspections, audits, NCRs and corrective actions.
- Work closely with project, engineering and site teams to maintain high quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
- Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major construction/infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections and quality management systems.

Excellent understanding of international construction standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Previous GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

At least 15 year experience.

Arabic Speaking is a requirement.
