Quality Manager

About the Role You’ll join Epic’s Quality Management team as a Quality Manager, serving as the last line of defense for software that touches the lives of 305 million people worldwide. You’ll collaborate with developers to test new features, identify bugs, and build intuitive tools for health organizations, ensuring our software is reliable and enjoyable to use. The role offers flexibility to specialize in areas such as software usability design, technical automation, or project coordination for customer software installations. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with developers to test features and craft intuitive tools for health organizations.
• Act as the last line of defense to ensure software quality and reliability used by large health systems.
• Identify, reproduce, and track bugs; help improve usability and user experience.
• Specialize and grow in areas like software usability design, technical automation, or project coordination for customer software installations.
