Location: Brighton, MI Industry: Manufacturing (Paint, Coatings, Chemicals) Schedule: 1st Shift Schedule (Days) Background: Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test
Position Overview: Seeking a leader who is hands-on, with at least 3 years of Quality Management in a Manufacturing environment. Must have great interpersonal skills. Will be interacting with different teams in the Plant. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred but not required. Chemicals experience is a plus. Quality Certifications are also a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with quality standards, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, including everyday testing, quality inspections, audits, and process improvements.
