Job title: Quality Management Intern
About the Role Quality Management Intern supporting the documentation lifecycle of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with internal procedures. Responsibilities include census, updating and controlled publication of QMS documentation, and performing gap analysis against ISO 9001:2015 to define improvement plans. You will be paired with the team for internal audits, Non-Conformity management and corrective actions, and will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product Development, Supply Chain and Health & Safety.
The role also involves using company tools to track revisions, approvals and document distribution.
What You'll Do
- Census, update and controlled publication of QMS documentation according to internal procedures.
- Perform gap analysis against ISO 9001:2015 and assist in defining improvement plans.
- Support the team during internal audits and in the management of Non-Conformities and corrective actions.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product Development, Supply Chain and Health & Safety.
- Use company tools to track revisions, approvals and document distribution.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Engineering / Quality or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Interest in the quality domain; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work by processes.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and of SharePoint/SAP.
