Job title: Quality Leader - Tenders
About the Role Join Alstom as a Quality Leader - Tenders to apply extensive engineering and quality expertise in the tender phase across D&IS SIG. You’ll ensure that quality processes are implemented effectively and that tender inputs are delivered on time, collaborating with tender teams, quality teams, and cross-functional groups to drive tender quality and project success.
What You'll Do
- Interfacing with tender teams and quality teams to ensure timely inputs related to quality activities.
- Active participation in TLW, TDR, and QCDP processes.
- Ensuring tender processes and checklists are followed consistently.
- Coordinating the capture of REX during the tender phase.
- Collaborating with tender teams and project/engineering quality teams for tender-related inputs.
- Providing inputs related to Quality Metier, including workload, FTE requirements, and Quality Plans, to the tender team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialisation in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, or related fields.
- 8-12 years of experience in the Railways or Aerospace domain.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate high levels of leadership.
- Experience or understanding of quality processes in tender phases.
- Knowledge of tender lifecycle processes and quality methodologies.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
