Quality Lab Supervisor
Broad Function and Purpose of Position
To oversee the daily operations of the Quality Lab including all quality testing, auditing, and inspection activities. As an integral part of the Quality team, this position will be challenged to assure and improve product quality through prevention.
- Provides training and supervision to Quality Control Technicians.
- Provides required reports to internal customers.
- Oversees QIR system including customer return analysis.
- Oversees incoming product inspection and releases.
- Implement new test equipment and methods as necessary.
- Provide assistance and support to Quality Engineers as required. Support projects related to introduce new materials, packaging, products and processes.
- Maintains QMS document records including SOP/SQP/SMS per Sika procedures.
