About the Role Join Supply Technologies as a Quality Lab Supervisor based in NADC - Vandalia, OH, part of Park Ohio. You will lead quality lab staff, allocate testing tasks, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure measurement integrity and correct errors. This role supports NPI activities and ongoing quality improvement across the Vandalia facility.

What You'll Do

• Manage and inspect – allocate quality assignments, provide directions to inspectors, prioritize jobs, inspect and test equipment, maintenance, and calibration.
• Internal Support – provide testing and inspection support to Supply Technologies branches; support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including creating customer sample submissions (PPAP FAOI, ISIR, etc.).
• Information and Documentation – record technical information, dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing; provide technical support to internal customers, including drawings, specification reviews, and interpretation of reviews.
• Any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Two-year degree in related field OR minimum three years of related experience.
• Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
• Understanding of drawings, applicable text specification, GD&T, and dimensional layouts.
• Proficiency with metrology methods utilizing an array of inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of gage calibration.
• Proficiency with testing, neutral salt spray, sample preparation (cutting, mounting, polishing, etching), and interpretation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
• Prospective computer skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Fastener.
• Knowledge of gage calibration and gage R&R software.
• Exposure to Six Sigma.
• Self-motivation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
