Quality Inspector

About the Role Join Nestoil Group as a Quality Inspector to support the Group's Aircraft Maintenance Service, Flight/Ground Operations and Crew Training. You will verify compliance with NCAA standards and company requirements by conducting investigations, audits and inspections, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions across various departments. What You'll Do

• Perform investigations, audits and inspections as part of ongoing quality assurance.
• Identify and record concerns or findings, with evidence, and propose solutions through designated reporting channels.
• Verify the implementation of solutions within defined time scales and conduct quality briefings for your activity.
• Develop quality indicators for your activity and maintain relevant documentation, including correspondence and archives.
• Follow external auditors/inspectors as requested and prepare required management reviews and monthly/biannual quality reports.
• Establish audit plans for your activity covering Nigerian Civil Aviation Rules (Nig. CARs) requirements and coordinate with Safety & Quality Manager.
• In Flight/Ground Operations, supervise OPS documents, keep Operations Manuals up to date, relay findings to Flight Ops and Crew Training, obtain internal agreements for providers/sub-contractors, and audit outstations and Ground Handling.
• In Aircraft Maintenance Service, maintain Maintenance Control/Procedures manuals, oversee certifying staff and issue qualification cards, register communications, and distribute Quality Plans and Instructions; oversee the Company Technical Store.
• In Aircraft Quality Control, monitor maintenance inspections for airworthiness, review work and procedures, supervise inspection staff, maintain inspection files and calibration records, and ensure receiving inspections and weight & balance records are up to date. What We're Looking For
• BSc/HND/OND in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in aviation (maintenance, flight crew, etc.); supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL).
• Good knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and the Company’s Quality Management System. Nice to Have
• Supervisory/leadership experience in aviation.
