About the opportunity Responsible for inspection and audits of products to ensure alignment with quality standards. Complying with Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
- Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
- Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.
- Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 6S and STW activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work space.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification Level Required: High school diploma or equivalent Level Desired: Associate’s degree in related field ASQ certification
Work Experience Required: 6 month quality experience or equivalent manufacturing experience
