About this role
About the Role The Quality Inspector will prepare, perform and document all elements of materials testing including casting, forging, heat treat, machining, mechanical properties and certifications, and perform root cause analysis for part validation in AGCO's APQP/PPAP processes for serial production at global factories. The role requires inspections on advanced equipment and collaboration with suppliers and AGCO's Quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and AGCO's Farmer First vision. What You'll Do
- Operate advanced inspection equipment – CMM, Faro, gear tester – and conduct precision measurements
- Apply GD&T knowledge to measurement, evaluation, and inspection processes
- Prepare, document, maintain and track inspection results with high accuracy and compliance
- Assess parts for proper inspection criteria, perform inspections, and manage final reports
