Job title: Quality Engineer
About the Role The Quality Engineer will support the plant Quality Management System (QMS) and drive data-based problem solving across manufacturing processes. This hands-on role ensures ISO compliance, leads corrective actions, supports audits, and analyzes process performance to reduce variation and improve product quality.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain the site QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 (and applicable 14001/45001 requirements). Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents.
- Participate in internal audits; identify gaps and drive corrective action closure. Support external audits (customer, corporate, certification body).
- Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions for internal and customer nonconformances; verify effectiveness of actions; track and report status of corrective actions.
