Quality Engineer - Product Audit & PPAP

About the Role LEONI is seeking a Quality professional to lead product audits, verify sample conformity, and drive continuous improvement within the plant. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and integrated management systems across A-, B-, C-, and D- and pre-production phases. What You'll Do

• Perform product audits as planned (components, semi-finished goods, finished goods) during samples and pre-production phases (A-, B-, C-, D-).
• Follow up corrective actions of product audit non-conformities within the project through QRQC activities in the plant, led by Industrial Engineering.
• Verify the dimensional and functional conformity of initial samples.
• Approve PPAP/ISIR (EMPB) of the initial sample and register releases on the customer portal when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with integrated management systems, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Check that products, processes, equipment, tooling and documentation are updated for each technical change.
• Approve product and production processes according to customer requirements and internal procedures.
• Ensure that all statistical data (SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK, etc.) are available during samples and pre-production phases.
• Maintain quality control according to customer requirements and internal procedures during samples and pre-production phases.
• Maintain the customer’s technical documents (drawings, drawing complements, technical changes).
• Ensure implementation of continuous improvement actions of quality management processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements within the segment or area of responsibility.
• Be authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes and products. What We're Looking For
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Language: English & French.
• Experience: minimum 1 year in Quality.
