Job title: Quality Engineer
About the Role The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and evaluating integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. This role requires leveraging manufacturing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 6S, TOC, and problem solving to drive product and process quality across operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, 6S, TOC, and structured problem solving to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain, monitor, and develop systems related to ISO, AS9100, NADCAP and other similar quality and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality engineering or related manufacturing environment with responsibility for system-level design and evaluation.
- Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, NADCAP and related quality standards.
- Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 6S, TOC, and problem solving; strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate production activities.
