As a Quality Engineer at Nokia, you will spearhead quality improvement initiatives focused on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Your expertise will inform tailored processes, facilitate health and safety training, and support compliance with ISO standards.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for product and process quality issues.
- Utilize problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DMAIC) to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
