What you’ll do

Investigate customer and production quality concerns using warranty claims, customer and dealer feedback, plant data, returned parts, and other quality information.

Review warranty claims and customer comments daily. Partner with the Central Triage Team to classify claims accurately, and contact dealerships as needed to clarify diagnoses, repairs, and parts returns.

Drive interim containment actions (ICA) and permanent corrective actions (PCA) for concerns raised through warranty, executive escalations, social media feedback, technical hotlines, and other sources.

Take ownership of customer-critical issues through resolution, including root-cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions.

Maintain subsystem- or VFG-level quality documentation and present updates at daily plant-quality reviews, VRT report-outs, and Vehicle Quality Reviews.
