Quality Engineer

About the Role 在 Autoliv China Baoding Airbags – CXA 岗位上，负责推动质量相关活动、持续改进并确保符合 Autoliv 与客户要求。通过参与 APDS 项目阶段、更新控制计划、执行 8D 分析等，保障产品质量与流程稳定。 What You'll Do

• Actively involved in phase 4 of APDS project, working together with Project Quality.
• Updates control plans and ensures that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g., PFMEA, SWI, visual aids).
• Verifies that quality-related tasks meet Autoliv and customer requirements in the scope of AS007 and closes open issues prior to SOP.
• Leads Problem Resolution cross-functional team using 8D-process to analyze non-conformities, coordinate with CQE/CQS, analyze internal PPM, and drive continuous improvement (e.g., PDCA, poka-yoke, RPN reduction).
• Coordinates disposition and hold of all suspect products (AS412).
• Checks if other ALV plants are affected and applies AS053 (QAlert).
• Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned.
• Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops.
• Responsible for editing PFMEA go&see and fix work plans and implementing tasks.
• Trace system fire drill planning and execution, and follow up corrective actions.
• Responsible for creating and implementing the annual Product Audit Plan.
• Responsible for COP sample plan.
• Actively involved in identifying potential risks in production lines and products; assist AMC with rectification.
• Supervise gauge usage and assist maintenance of related measuring tools.
• Understand and comply with quality, environment and safety policies, laws and customer requirements; contribute to a culture of quality and safety. What We're Looking For
• Experience in quality roles with knowledge of PFMEA, 8D problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Familiar with QMS, and understand customer quality/EHS policies and requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have
• APDS project experience, Yokoten management, and QAlert familiarity.
