Job Responsibilities
Performance Management & Reporting (QEHS + SPS Daily Management) Monitor and report Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy KPIs, including number of complaints justified, CoNQ, recordable accidents, first aid, near misses, unsafe conditions/behaviors and energy/environmental metrics. Provide integrated visibility on operational risks, customer impact and performance trends. Embed reporting into SPS Daily Management (level meetings, KPI boards, escalation routines). Support weekly pulse reviews with data-driven insights for decision-making.
