Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote social compliance assessments at supplier and manufacturing facilities.
  • Review and evaluate corrective action plans (CAPAs), audit findings, and supporting documentation.
  • Assess factory management systems and identify opportunities to improve compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with factory management teams to develop practical remediation plans and monitor progress.
  • Support the delivery of advisory services related to labor standards, human rights, and responsible sourcing programs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, tools, and best practices for factories and internal teams.
  • Deliver training sessions in both English and Spanish when required.
  • Review reports for quality, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
