Job title: Quality Controller
Join Xylem as a Quality Controller in Strzelin, Poland. This role focuses on pre-delivery inspection of finished goods, ensuring quality certificates, and accurate data recording to support Xylem's water solutions.
What You'll Do
- Perform pre-delivery inspection of finished goods according to the internal checklist.
- Prepare quality certificates and maintain safe storage of collected data.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Use and maintain measuring/control equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, go/no-go gauges) and apply measurement techniques.
- Create control reports and keep the work area tidy per 5S standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the assigned measurement equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications.
- Hands-on experience with metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, go/no-go gauges).
- Ability to prepare control reports and manage data securely.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to 5S standards.
- Experience with quality control processes and reporting.
- Proficiency with Excel for data handling.
