About the Role Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is Hyundai's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and an innovative facility applying cutting-edge production technology. This role focuses on part quality control, inspection and improvement of supplier parts, and supporting new vehicle projects to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards. What You'll Do

  • Lead part quality control activities, conducting quality inspection and improvement activities of supplier parts, and analyzing parts to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards.
  • Execute per Operation Plan to ensure part quality per specifications (Field claim analysis, Supplier Management, Part inspection).
  • Analyze causes of part problems, lead improvement activities and prepare/lead quality meetings.
  • Manage quality facilities/equipment management, investment cost execution/management, supplementary investment establishment.
  • Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events.
  • Participate in new vehicle projects (preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation).
  • Monitor vehicle faults; ensure adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance with reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
  • Plan, control and monitor corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits.
  • Prepare reports and publish timelines to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
  • Take responsibility for certifications of the company regarding the product; plan and track them to meet market demands.
  • Generate reports on troubleshooting.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum:
  • Ability to understand drawing and specifications of Power Electric & CHASSIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication along with problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related job experience (Quality of automotive supplied parts)
  • In-depth understanding of quality management system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
