Quality Control Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform laboratory and dimensional testing where required.
- Investigate quality defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality management procedures.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Monitor process deviations and recommend process improvements.
- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Steel manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
