About this role
About the Role The Quality Control Auditor ensures processed materials meet company quality standards, client-specific requirements, and applicable USPS regulations. This role conducts quality inspections, documents issues, and provides feedback to support production and process improvement, working closely with shift supervisors to address quality concerns and ensure procedures are followed. What You'll Do
- Audit work performed in both Digital Print and Lettershop.
- Provide feedback to employees and supervisors on quality audit checks.
- Report all quality problems into the QC module in DirectLink.
- Identify and actively solve problems discovered during inspection.
- Maintain and report records related to Errors and On-Time Delivery; participate in analysis and help develop processes to address where appropriate.
- Assist with the reprint and accountability process.
