is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control & Fulfilment

Intern to support the Logistic team during the upcoming Black Friday and

Christmas sales periods.

The

Intern will support the inspection and verification of customer orders before
-
dispatch, ensuring that products meet quality standards, order details are
-
accurate, and packages are properly prepared for delivery. The intern will help
-
manage increased order volumes, maintain fulfilment efficiency, and deliver a
-
positive customer experience throughout the peak sales season.

Key
Responsibilities
-
· Order
-
Verification: Confirm that items selected for fulfilment match customer orders in terms of
-
product, quantity, size, color, and other applicable variants.
-
· Product
-
Inspection: Examine items for visible defects, damage, stains, missing components, or other
-
quality concerns before packaging.
-
· Packaging
-
and Labelling: Ensure products are properly packaged, securely sealed, and appropriately
-
labelled for delivery or collection.
-
· Documentation
-
Checks: Verify
-
order invoices, delivery labels, and other relevant order details for accuracy
-
before dispatch.
-
· Quality
-
Issue Reporting: Identify and promptly report discrepancies, damaged items, incorrect products,
-
and other concerns to the supervisor for resolution.
-
· Fulfilment
-
Support: Assist
-
with sorting, organizing, and preparing orders for dispatch or customer
-
collection in line with established procedures.
-
· Team
-
Collaboration: Work closely with the E-commerce, Customer Service, and Sales teams to support
-
smooth order processing and timely fulfilment.
-
· Process
-
Compliance: Follow the approved quality control checklist and fulfilment procedures to
-
maintain consistency and accuracy.
-
· Peak-Period

Support: Assist
-
with additional fulfilment activities as required to manage increased order
-
volumes during Black Friday and Christmas sales.
Requirements
-
· A
-
minimum of an OND, Degree is an added advantage.
-
· Strong
-
attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or product
-
defects.

· Good

experience in quality control, inventory management, order fulfilment,

warehousing, or logistics operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
