Job title: Quality Control Analyst - Corporate Lending Services
About the Role
The incumbent will assist in implementing the QC program for Corporate Lending Services (CLS) operations. The role involves reviewing the accuracy and integrity of information related to deal setup, data, reconciliation, and record keeping, to support audit readiness and regulatory requests.
What You'll Do
- Review Credit Agreements and Loan Documentation.
- Perform post-review of setup of new facilities in Loan IQ and other transactions within CLS scope.
- Record discrepancies in deal setup/servicing, report observations, and track resolution to closure.
- Maintain the QC database and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide input to enhance the Quality Assurance program for the corporate loan book.
- Assist in preparing information required for audits and regulatory requests, including collating information.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- University undergraduate degree in Finance or business-related studies or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge/skills with corporate loan product and credit lifecycle.
- Experience with Loan IQ is an asset.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- English level advanced.
- Ability to work independently, resolve issues and escalate to supervisor or SMEs when required.
