Quality Control Analyst

About the Role The role independently performs routine and non‑routine testing in a GMP laboratory, supporting Quality Control across raw materials, in‑process product, final bulk product, stability, and validation. The position analyzes test data, draws conclusions with minimal input, and writes procedures and reports to ensure data integrity and product conformance. What You'll Do

• Perform routine and more complex test methods to support product/material release with minimal error.
• Analyze data, interpret experimental results, and determine conformance with specifications; trend assay performance.
• Write, revise, and maintain GMP-compliant records, procedures, and related systems; assist with validation assays.
• Write exception reports and investigations; troubleshoot assays and support investigations/deviations.
• Develop and maintain trend/backlog/error reports and other metrics; propose process improvements.
• Manage multiple laboratory techniques with minimal error; work with supervision but effectively manage own time.
• Support new product introduction into Quality Control. What We're Looking For
• BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or equivalent science degree; 5-8 years of related work experience; must maintain certifications as needed.
• Experience performing testing in a GMP environment; understanding laboratory techniques and principles; ability to interpret data and determine conformance with specifications.
• Strong technical writing skills; ability to write and revise procedures; experience with investigations and deviations; experience creating trend/backlog/error reports.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities; able to work under general supervision while managing own time; willingness to assist with validation assays. Compensation & Benefits
