About the Role This role focuses on auditing component quality and assembly fixturing to support setup and throughput in a precision casting environment. You will maintain physical inventory of fixturing components, ensuring wax dies and related parts are available at molding machines to keep pattern and gating operations moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Audit Component Quality: Objective: to audit wax gating and wax weld components against standards as they move from molding to cleaning to assembly in order to assure product quality.
- Maintain inventory and control physical inventory to confirm that all fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available.
- Ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
- Move through the operation when the pattern is complete.
