Job title: Quality Auditor
About the Role The Quality Auditor supports the quality organization by performing daily process audits across the business. This role reports to the Department Supervisor or Quality Representative and helps ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety rules.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily audits using audit schedule.
- Provide direct feedback to operators.
- Be willing to adjust priorities to meet business needs.
- Communicate daily with Manager, Supervisors and Leads.
- Administer company policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment and assure compliance with all safety rules.
What We're Looking For
- Experience performing daily process audits or similar quality auditing.
- Strong communication skills to interact with managers, supervisors, and operators.
- Ability to adjust priorities to accommodate business needs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and company policies.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive work environment.
