Job title: Quality Auditor - Components, Wax Gating & Assembly Fixturing
About the Role The role focuses on auditing components quality and assembly fixturing to support efficient pattern and gating operations, and on maintaining inventory to ensure fixturing components and wax dies are available where needed. It is an on-site, hands-on operations position within Structurals.
What You'll Do
- Audit Component Quality: Audit wax gating and wax weld components against standards as they move from molding to cleaning to assembly to assure product quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and control physical inventory to ensure fixturing components required for pattern and gating operations are readily available.
- Equipment Readiness: Ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform quality audits on components in a molding/assembly environment and uphold product quality standards.
- Experience or familiarity with inventory control and ensuring availability of fixturing components.
- Knowledge of wax gating/wax weld components advantageous.
