About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the quality function through testing, inspection, data collection, and documentation to help ensure products and processes meet quality standards. You will be a hands-on contributor to product quality and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Perform testing, inspection, and measurement of products and processes
- Support gauge calibration, control, and maintenance
- Collect, record, and analyze quality data (SPC, defects, yields)
- Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits
- Assist with process and quality system improvements
- Verify adherence to quality procedures and standards on the floor
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
