Job title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
About the Role
This role supports a specific quality assurance program and quality control activities to ensure site compliance with the DHL Quality Management System, customer and regulatory requirements. It directly supervises hourly associates and focuses on driving quality standards at the Goodyear site.
What You'll Do
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system or specific procedures, including management review, CAPA management, internal quality audits, quality self-assessments, change control, document control, and SOPs.
- Provide support during key regulatory, customer, and 3rd party audits.
- Track, monitor, and report quality metrics for the site.
- Monitor training and development of site associates to ensure process and regulation compliance.
- Serve as a customer point of contact for QA-related issues and initiatives as assigned.
- Partner with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
- Meet regulatory requirements relevant to site operations daily.
- Plan, conduct, and act upon inspection processes (Gemba; Standards Confirmation) on a daily basis.
- Supervise, coach, and train hourly QA-related staff (Operators, QA Tech I/II).
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

- Some knowledge of QA (preferred)
- People management experience (preferred)
- Sufficient computer application experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Data analysis experience
- Training and facilitation skills
- Self-management

- Additional QA-related certifications or advanced QA exposure
Compensation & Benefits
- National salary range: $55,000 - $90,000; California: $70,304 - $90,000; Washington: $80,169 - $90,000; New York: $62,354 - $90,000; Colorado: $57,500 - $90,000
