Role Overview
- We are recruiting an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for onshore/offshore fabrication and installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality requirements.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in onshore/offshore fabrication and installation of piping and structural steelwork.

Review fabrication drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection documentation.

Coordinate and monitor NDT activities, including review of relevant test reports.

Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality issues.

Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, test documentation, and final QA/QC dossiers.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

B.Eng / B.Sc. in Engineering or a related discipline.

ASNT Level II certification is required.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in onshore/offshore fabrication and installation of piping and structural steelwork.

Detailed understanding of piping and structural fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, NDT requirements, and quality documentation.

Familiarity with applicable ASME, AWS, ASTM, API, BS/EN Standards, and Client Specifications is an added advantage.
