Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

- We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and detail oriented, with a strong passion for building reliable, high quality technology products.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing manual, functional, integration, regression and UAT tests
- Testing FinTech solutions, including payments and ledger systems and EduTech solutions including student and staff management, school portals, data management, user access and permissions, reporting, workflows, and other platform features
- Identifying, documenting and tracking defects
- Conducting API testing using tools such as Postman
- Performing database validation using SQL
- Supporting quality audits and continuous improvement
- Working closely with developers and cross functional teams to deliver quality products
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in QA or Software Testing
- Strong manual testing and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Agile and software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or similar tools
- FinTech knowledge or experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
