Manager
- Lead and manage QA, Training, Quality TL, and Training TL teams.
- Drive quality and training performance through coaching, feedback, and process improvements.
- Analyze data, prepare reports/decks, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and participate in calibration sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality frameworks, training plans, and corrective action programs.
- Support new hire learning, reduce learning curves, and improve product/process knowledge.
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in Quality/Training operations.

Experience in content moderation / trust & safety

Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Experience in quality assurance, training delivery, calibrations, and performance improvement.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
