About the Role Randstad is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead for a packing house in Reedley, CA. The role focuses on championing product quality through QA/QC activities in a fast-paced environment, performing tests, and reporting/verifying defects. Prior leadership experience is required. What You'll Do
- Lead quality assurance activities for the packing house operations.
- Conduct various QA tests, document results, and report/verify defects.
- Champion product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide guidance to QA/QC team and participate in audits and process improvements. What We're Looking For
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Ability to perform quality tests and defect reporting. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $17.90 - $18.40 per hour
