About the Role ANDRITZ Canada is seeking a Construction Site Quality Assurance Leader to manage the on-site QA team and to implement and maintain the Andritz QA system across Canadian sites. The role focuses on quality control, welding processes, and ensuring compliance with project quality plans in a fast-paced, complex environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the on-site QA team (recruitment, retention, assignments, training, evaluations, etc.)
- Implement and maintain the QA system for all Canadian projects
- Manage welding processes: maintain welding procedures bank; act as point of contact for CWB; delegate welding supervisors; audit welding processes on-site; provide welding technical support
