About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Interface Management Specialist responsible for defect and interface management for deviations, serving as the internal contact for quality questions, identifying weaknesses, defining corrective or improvement actions and driving their implementation, and monitoring defect reports and actions. The role also involves creating quality reports and coordinating and monitoring related measures, including stock checks as needed.
What You'll Do
- Manage defect and interface management for deviations and coordinate corrective actions
- Serve as internal contact for quality-related questions and issue escalation
- Identify process weaknesses and define corrective or improvement measures with follow-through
- Monitor and coordinate defect reports and actions across teams
- Create quality reports and oversee and monitor associated measures
- Procure and verify stock levels as required to support quality processes
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical apprenticeship with ideally additional training in quality assurance
- Several years of experience in a comparable function
- Strong knowledge of QA methods and procedures
- Proficiency with relevant IT applications and reporting tools
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; EN9100 is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Assertiveness, decisiveness, motivation, and teamwork
Nice to Have
- EN9100 familiarity
- Prior experience in automotive/manufacturing environments
