About the Role The Quality Assurance Functional Associate at ScotiaTech partners with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality across Scotia Bank’s technology initiatives in Bogota. This role focuses on validating features, identifying defects, and supporting QA processes throughout the software development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to verify new and existing features.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify, document, and track defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing; validate business processes and data flows. What We're Looking For
- Experience in software quality assurance or testing; familiarity with QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have
