About the Role Our partnership with Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) focuses on quality assurance, modern testing automation, and human-centered design to deliver reliable digital services for residents. This role helps ensure systems work every time, from pre-production testing to live environments. What You'll Do
- Release new features confidently with holistic QA.
- Maintain reliability with end-to-end testing across vendor boundaries.
- Validate critical user journeys with both manual and automated testing.
- Meet quality standards consistently through structured test case management.
- Support Testing as a Service, enabling scalable, cloud-based test coverage with real-time QA insights. What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality assurance and testing automation, including manual and automated testing.
- Ability to test across multi-vendor environments and across frameworks.
- Strong comfort translating system health data into actionable insights and sharing status updates with technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing and user-centered design approaches. Nice to Have
- Experience working on public sector or government projects.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ AA accessibility standards and audits (manual and automated).
- Familiarity with AI-powered analysis, multi-framework testing, and testing as a service platforms. Compensation & Benefits
