About this role
About the Role Contributes to the success of Global HR Technology Quality Assurance Testing by ensuring objectives align with the team’s business strategies and regulatory requirements. Designs and executes QAT test plans and supports continuous improvement of testing activities across projects. Works with development teams and external suppliers to ensure business and technical requirements are fulfilled and quality is delivered. What You'll Do
- Design QAT test plans; assign and review test documentation (functions, test cases, scripts).
- Schedule and approve the release of projects into the QAT environment; execute test plans daily to meet project requirements.
- Continually evaluate priorities within projects and take decisive action amid frequent directional changes.
